Headstart personnel is committed to a common operational model: we never jump on an SAP project, but instead, processes and methods are clearly defined and documented beforehand. Each element has its place and role – were it system, data or person. During the project, we train and familiarize our customers with the system; information and ownership of the system is transferred to our client. Our customer will obtain the necessary know-how and ownership – and will have a complete understanding of what they are acquiring. The projects are executed in cooperation with the customer in the customer’s premises.
